What is a brite tank you might ask? This is where our beer goes to hang out after fermentation in order to mature, clarify, carb up, and get ready for service. We have four brite tanks in the tap house and each could really use a cool name. Naming rights are valid for 3 years (minimum) and the brewery has the right of refusal on any name submitted.
