What is a fermenter you might ask? This is where we pitch yeast after boil to convert sugar to alcohol. Fermenters are the magical place where beer becomes beer. We have four fermenters in the tap house and each could really use a cool name. Naming rights are valid for 3 years (minimum) and the brewery has the right of refusal on any name submitted.
